Is that a bad thing? *blink*

Okay, if they're so good, riddle me this? I just bought the first book in the Kushiel series but I haven't read it yet. Should I start on those, or Mister Martin's series first? Because I can't read them both at the same time or my head will explode. I haven't read two different book series at the same time since the fifth grade... Hell, I haven't really been reading a whole lot lately. =(
